Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or community marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Calm and effective under pressure in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Execution-focused with ability to build playbooks from scratch.
- Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and events.
- Experience in fintech, accounting tech, or vertical SaaS (nice to have).
- Familiarity with the accounting firm event circuit (nice to have).
- Existing relationships with fintech tech stack partners (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own Puzzle's presence at key accounting conferences and industry events.
- Plan and execute executive dinners, peer roundtables, and community meetups.
- Coordinate sponsored event opportunities and partner-hosted experiences.
- Build repeatable event playbooks for the Sales team.
- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.
- Develop processes for clear Sales handoffs and pipeline attribution.
- Track and report on event ROI, including meetings booked and pipeline influenced.
