Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through events, ABM programs, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong experience partnering with enterprise or mid-market Sales teams and influencing senior sales stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of field marketing strategy, execution, and optimization beyond event logistics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and related platforms to measure and improve performance.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to operate with a hands-on, resourceful, and execution-driven mindset in high-growth settings.
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment, SaaS, or related technology sectors is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned with pipeline, revenue, and territory objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives to build account-based marketing (ABM) programs and joint territory plans.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact field programs including trade shows, executive roundtables, roadshows, and customer events.
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation and ensure strong attribution, follow-up, and ROI tracking across all field initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage field marketing KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and optimization using tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Own budget management, vendor coordination, and operational execution to ensure scalable and high-quality program delivery.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events and support regional growth initiatives through frequent travel.
