- Ability to arbitrate competing interests with clear, defensible rationales.
- Experience in systems thinking, focusing on policy and incentives over UI.
Responsibilities
- Steer service delivery quality and trust across a two-sided marketplace.
- Resolve conflicting interests between customers and Pros fairly.
- Manage and improve AI-powered support systems.
- Develop and own eval systems to measure AI quality and prevent regressions.
- Design policies and incentive systems to align expectations before work starts.
- Optimize messaging platforms for reliability, moderation, and leakage prevention.
