Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years in B2B HR technology, sourcing, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives across complex ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience owning cross-functional strategies and shipping major products at scale.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance rapid execution and long-term innovation.
- High-agency operator with ability to convert ambiguous goals into concrete plans.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer and partner context into priorities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Apply SME knowledge of B2B customer needs to drive end-to-end product planning and execution.
- Define the B2B roadmap spanning native platforms and integrations within the HR tech ecosystem.
- Conduct discovery with internal teams and customers to validate problems and identify opportunities.
- Optimize customer experience, including onboarding flows, touchpoints, and integration strategies.
- Lead a cross-functional agile product squad to deliver features at speed and scale.
- Define and write product epics and requirements and maintain a prioritization framework.
- Lead GTM strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Design and execute experimentation programs to optimize customer journeys and drive KPI improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding product performance and strategy.
- Anticipate market trends and technologies to shape new product opportunities.
