Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS customer success or customer-facing role
  • Experience in School/MAT/LA (Multi Academy Trust/Local Authority) environments
  • Experience with Arbor MIS
  • Experience with Gainsight and AI tooling for tracking KPIs
  • Strong strategic thinking and business goal alignment skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Track record of managing executive stakeholders
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (minimum 20% of time)

Responsibilities

  • Define measurable business outcomes for high-value accounts
  • Conduct regular Success Reviews and manage Success Plans
  • Drive full product adoption across customer base
  • Build relationships with C-suite and key operational stakeholders
  • Perform regular on-site meetings to measure progress and discuss risks
  • Monitor account health and manage risks
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow Net Revenue Retention
  • Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and Engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance on system configuration, data services, and APIs
