Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership, channel sales management
  • Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management
  • Networking skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Adaptability to changes in dynamic business landscapes
  • Experience in Radiology Equipment or AI-based SW preferred
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Familiarity with working in a start-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned territories
  • Actively seek business partners and develop relationships with distributors and strategic partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and data to make data-driven decisions
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to generate leads
  • Manage development of new partnership opportunities and existing pipelines
  • Plan and execute training and onboarding for partners
  • Support sales processes via meetings, negotiations, and material creation
