Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership, channel sales management
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management
- Networking skills for building and maintaining relationships
- Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Adaptability to changes in dynamic business landscapes
- Experience in Radiology Equipment or AI-based SW preferred
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
- Familiarity with working in a start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned territories
- Actively seek business partners and develop relationships with distributors and strategic partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and data to make data-driven decisions
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to generate leads
- Manage development of new partnership opportunities and existing pipelines
- Plan and execute training and onboarding for partners
- Support sales processes via meetings, negotiations, and material creation
