Requirements
- Experience with outbound sales (calls, emails, social selling).
- Ability to research, qualify, and build a sales pipeline.
- Understanding of sales methodologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in French AND/OR Italian (mandatory).
- Experience leading contract negotiations.
- Experience managing ongoing partner relationships.
- Confident navigating legal frameworks.
- Understanding of the healthcare / MedTech / IVD landscape.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from first conversation to contract.
- Manage long-term partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal product and regulatory teams.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Develop growth strategies for European markets.
