Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience working with European clients and partners.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a market.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
- Based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the Polish digital advertising ecosystem.
- Represent Start.io at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US to support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
