- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms
- Strong relationship-building and 'hunter' mentality
- Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management skills
- Naturally curious with a desire for continuous growth
- Fluency in Spanish and another language, preferably Basque
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Perform outreach via phone, email, and social touches to key decision-makers
- Present, promote, and sell products through demos
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for prospective and existing partners
- Work collaboratively with other departments for seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback on market trends
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM
- Serve as lead point of contact for commercial activities
