  • 1-3 years in an inside/outside sales or business development role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to research and tailor outreach to individual prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Manage the entire sales process for transactional opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and pricing proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals independently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with VP Strategic Accounts on North America business and major accounts.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with channel partners or MSPs.
