Requirements
- 1-3 years in an inside/outside sales or business development role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to research and tailor outreach to individual prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Manage the entire sales process for transactional opportunities from discovery to close.
- Deliver tailored product demos and pricing proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals independently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with VP Strategic Accounts on North America business and major accounts.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with channel partners or MSPs.
