  • Experience with business pitches
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance across various paid media channels
  • Experience acting as an escalation point for clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop social expertise of direct reports through mentorship and coaching.
  • Maintain understanding of holistic business for each client.
  • Orchestrate multi-discipline collaboration for cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Manage client deliverables including executive presentations and strategy meetings.
  • Serve as point of escalation for client portfolios.
  • Oversee onboarding for new clients.
  • Scale management layers and establish career pathing for team members.
  • Identify succession plans and cultivate talent for upward mobility.
