- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing role
- Proven B2B experience
- Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, LinkedIn)
- Ability to audit accounts and present actionable insights
- Experience with business pitches
- Ability to provide strategic guidance across various paid media channels
- Experience acting as an escalation point for clients
Responsibilities
- Develop social expertise of direct reports through mentorship and coaching.
- Maintain understanding of holistic business for each client.
- Orchestrate multi-discipline collaboration for cross-channel campaign execution.
- Manage client deliverables including executive presentations and strategy meetings.
- Serve as point of escalation for client portfolios.
- Oversee onboarding for new clients.
- Scale management layers and establish career pathing for team members.
- Identify succession plans and cultivate talent for upward mobility.
