Requirements
- Native speaker or native-level knowledge of Japanese or Korean
- Experience building or running a production team within an LSP, localization agency, or media company
- Experience managing transcripts, translations, dubs, or audiobooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide feedback and maintain high quality standards
- Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform
- Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages is a plus
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and training linguists and other audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform
- Building quality control and monitoring systems for your language
- Ensuring dubs, audiobooks, and other content sound natural and professional-grade
- Working with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes
- Defining editorial lines and creative direction including style guides, voice casting, and translation principles
