Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in account management, customer success, or similar external client-facing role.
  • Experience in healthcare, health plan, or health advocacy industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise driving relationships and executing process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to influence senior management and internal teams.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability.
  • Travel required (less than 25%).

Responsibilities

  • Build and own day-to-day health plan relationships to proactively manage product delivery and service expectations.
  • Represent the voice of the Health Plan internally to ensure strategic partnership requirements are met.
  • Drive partnership and group retention.
  • Support the development and execution of Annual Strategic Account Plans.
  • Identify and drive internal cross-functional initiatives for service and partnership outcomes.
  • Manage and deliver health plan performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Partner with activation and implementation teams on new partnership onboarding and training.
  • Facilitate external status meetings, including agenda development and action item tracking.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to address escalated issues and trends.
