Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales, lead generation, or telemarketing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage prospects and handle objections.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and consultative selling.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools.
- Results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Requires stable 40 MB minimum broadband internet.
- Must have own PC/Laptop and headset.
Responsibilities
- Place approximately 200 cold outbound calls daily to target UK industries.
- Identify and generate new leads via outbound emails, social media, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, authority, and buying potential.
- Nurture relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on market strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for calls and appointments booked.
