- Reliable home office setup supporting tech requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own warm inbound leads end-to-end from first call to close.
- Guide families through cremation options with clarity and care.
- Run a disciplined follow-up rhythm across phone, text, and email.
- Hit revenue targets while maintaining strong close rates and quality scores.
- Manage workflows across HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and case management systems.
