Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in inbound and outbound sales.
- Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, build rapport, and close deals.
- Ability to consistently manage minimum 70 calls per day.
- Consistent track record of hitting and surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to schedule new customers and resolve scheduling needs, with a minimum expectation of 70 calls per day.
- Quickly respond to and manage inbound customer leads through calls, texts, and other channels.
- Accurately document lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up needs in CRM.
- Leverage sales skills to understand customer needs and communicate value.
- Build rapport with pet parents by personalizing interactions.
- Take full ownership of closing bookings on calls.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for groomers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operations and customer experience.
- Maintain performance targets including 7 bookings and $1,500 daily revenue generated.
