Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Insurance-related field
- 10+ years of premium audit experience with multi-state WC and GL specialization
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including management of managers and QA teams
- Advanced understanding of NCCI / WCIRB / other state regulatory rules
- Expertise in class code application, payroll validation, and audit documentation
- Strong technical abilities and adaptability with evolving technical systems
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full premium audit lifecycle for WC and GL lines of business
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing organization of managers and QA staff
- Spearhead a comprehensive QA program for payroll and class code accuracy
- Manage external audit vendors and partner with Finance on spend analysis
- Enhance the audit customer journey to reduce friction and improve completion rates
- Serve as operational lead for audit system automation and AI-centric tools
- Refine and deliver reporting on production, quality trends, and performance
- Resolve regulatory escalations and collaborate with internal departments
