Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated work experience on ATCTs or tall buildings
- Experience leading mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural and plumbing design teams
- Understanding of FAA Orders, standards, safety systems and certification processes
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow technical data
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other Woolpert offices
Responsibilities
- Provide client airports with ATCT assessments and provide options to design, construct and improve ATCT services.
- Build relationships with clients to enhance Woolpert’s capabilities.
- Manage construction projects for tall buildings.
- Lead and support architectural and engineering staff regarding ATCT design, bid and construction.
- Work with staff to create solutions for airport clients.
- Support Engineering and Planning staff for airfield infrastructure projects.
- Provide quality reviews of project documentation.
- Execute technical tasks on ATCT projects within budgeted times and costs.
