Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing complex projects and programs
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with new application implementation (e.g., ERP, EHR, TMS)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration
- Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex IT and organizational projects from initiation to closure
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and EHR integrations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Implement change management methodologies
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, and costs
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, systems integrators, and contractors
- Assist in developing and rolling out IT PMO standards and processes
