Requirements
- 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience (federal consulting preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Working understanding of business processes and/or operations within the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight time frames.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating professional, executive-level products.
- Experience with professional virtual presentations.
- Experience supporting healthcare leaders with strategic goals.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
- Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (ideal).
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of the client organization, strategic goals, governance structure and overall client environment.
- Conducts analysis to identify market and other macro trends that impact client business operations.
- Actively participates within project team(s) and may lead tasks.
- Seeks and provides guidance/feedback regarding work products, client needs and deliverables.
- Adheres to all established project processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Adheres to defined work plans while maintaining established timelines and deliverable deadlines.
- Develops effective internal and external presentations and facilitates client and internal team meetings.
- Efficiently manages time, prioritizes tasks, and utilizes available resources to meet deadlines.
- Accurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team.
