Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on software implementation projects.
- Consulting experience in business or software environments.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Industry expertise in Semiconductor or related high-tech sectors.
- Implementation experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce (SFDC).
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements workshops and perform fit/gap analysis.
- Convert requirements into system design and configurations.
- Document requirements in company format.
- Identify process improvements and guide customers through changes.
- Assist with data mapping and basic application configuration.
- Create, plan, and execute unit tests.
- Train customer users on the system.
- Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain communication with customers and project teams.
- Deliver project tasks on time and within budget.
