Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Meaningful experience in field marketing or events supporting an enterprise sales motion.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning pipeline targets.
  • Experience with ABM and named account strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional operation skills and managing through influence.
  • Ability to build attribution models and set success metrics.
  • Ability to flex from strategic planning to booth setup.
  • Industry experience in construction, homebuilding, or building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own field marketing strategy tied to enterprise revenue targets and pipeline gaps.
  • Design and execute integrated field programs like trade shows, executive dinners, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate attendee strategy, account targeting, and pre-event outreach with Sales and BDRs.
  • Establish clear RACI, playbooks, and performance standards for events.
  • Own the full event operating model, CRM hygiene, and ROI reporting.
  • Coordinate with demand generation to extend event impact through targeted campaigns.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
