Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
- Direct experience selling solutions in data governance, data privacy, or data compliance.
- Deep expertise in targeted industries such as retail, financial services, or healthcare.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Strong ability to build strategic account plans and execute long-term growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for C-suite interactions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- High level of independence and time management for multitasking complex sales cycles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize technical information for business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Target and qualify high-value accounts based on market signals and industry trends.
- Develop strategic account plans for top target accounts.
- Generate pipeline in key enterprise accounts through personalized engagement.
- Engage with C-suite executives to establish relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineers and Customer Success.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Build business cases and ROI models in partnership with Value Engineering.
- Own the negotiation process for contracts and pricing.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records using MEDDPICC methodology.
- Lead tailored product demos and proof-of-concept engagements.
