Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
  • Direct experience selling solutions in data governance, data privacy, or data compliance.
  • Deep expertise in targeted industries such as retail, financial services, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong ability to build strategic account plans and execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for C-suite interactions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • High level of independence and time management for multitasking complex sales cycles.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize technical information for business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Target and qualify high-value accounts based on market signals and industry trends.
  • Develop strategic account plans for top target accounts.
  • Generate pipeline in key enterprise accounts through personalized engagement.
  • Engage with C-suite executives to establish relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineers and Customer Success.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Build business cases and ROI models in partnership with Value Engineering.
  • Own the negotiation process for contracts and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Lead tailored product demos and proof-of-concept engagements.
