Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management or business development
- B2B travel industry experience
- In-depth understanding of local B2B travel networks
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Data-driven decision-making and metric orientation
- Proactive, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with API technology deals (plus)
Responsibilities
- Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory
- Maintain and develop relationship with signed partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
- Provide system training to existing and new partners
- Position the brand through product presentations and networking events
- Address incident issues and partner support
- Oversee payment accuracy
- Conduct business trips approximately 30% of working time
- Provide market and competitive analysis
- Maximize and develop API deals
