Requirements
- Proven experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong Kubernetes domain knowledge including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and infrastructure economics.
- Kubernetes certification (CKA preferred) or commitment to complete within 6 months.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like LLMs or coding assistants to accelerate product work.
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS contexts.
- Excellent writing skills for communicating technical capabilities via PR/FAQs.
- Direct enterprise customer experience conducting discovery interviews.
- Familiarity with modern product management practices and evidence-based decision making.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive customer and market discovery through direct user engagement, Proof of Value cycles, and competitive analysis.
- Use AI tools and LLMs actively in daily workflow for discovery synthesis, spec drafting, and research.
- Define and track product metrics that reflect real customer outcomes using tools like PostHog.
- Write clear, structured product narratives such as PR/FAQs and feature briefs.
- Work across organizational boundaries with engineering, design, sales, and support to drive prioritization.
- Identify and lead process improvements in the Product Management team.
