Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information and report on performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the accuracy of financial projections in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Prepare detailed presentations, analyses, and memoranda for capital raises and business initiatives
- Support the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Assist with due diligence and transaction execution activities
- Manage and develop the investor model
- Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
