Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or market research
- Business aviation experience or interest
- Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated and organized
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, and social channels
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and online research
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and industry trends
- Use Salesforce and other tools to track activity and record insights
- Extract and document value from conversations to support pipeline growth
- Own a specific geographic or market segment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Leverage social media to engage with prospects
