Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or market research
  • Business aviation experience or interest
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
  • Self-motivated and organized

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, and social channels
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and online research
  • Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and industry trends
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to track activity and record insights
  • Extract and document value from conversations to support pipeline growth
  • Own a specific geographic or market segment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Leverage social media to engage with prospects
