Requirements
- 10 years Tier 1 sales experience.
- At least 5 years successfully leading sales teams.
- Experience in the AI or high-speed computing industry.
- Prior experience in hyperscale data center sales.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Undergraduate degree in engineering required.
- Experience negotiating legal contracts.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to globally manage and grow top hyperscale accounts.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategies, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor solutions.
- Achieve and exceed annual global sales targets.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and track key account metrics.
- Lead a team of sales and account managers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with weekly in-person meetings.
