Staff Program Manager

Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment
Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements
Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes
Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Track project budgets and analyze risks
Communicate project updates to leadership
Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions
Conduct regular fabricator visits and site visits during construction and commissioning
