Experience: 10+ years of quality experience; 4+ years in a Quality Manager, Lead Quality Engineer, or equivalent leadership role

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Welding, or Industrial Engineering
10+ years of quality experience supporting fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment
4+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or Lead Quality Engineer role
Experience developing and implementing quality programs and management systems
Track record of quality execution across multiple projects within Europe
Fluent English required
Strong understanding of supplier qualification, auditing, and inspection processes
Ability to travel 40–60% for fabrication and inspection

Responsibilities

Lead quality activities throughout the full lifecycle of product development, procurement, fabrication, construction, and project delivery
Develop and manage quality processes, procedures, and programs to support successful project execution
Build, contract, and manage quality personnel and third-party inspection resources
Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and establish quality hold points
Own the non-conformance management process, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Coordinate PED 2014/68/EU conformity assessments with notified bodies
Own project EU Technical Files and issue EU Declarations of Conformity
Develop and approve FAT and SAT procedures and lead Factory Acceptance Testing activities
