Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
  • Hands-on experience administering HR systems and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and data mapping.
  • Experience applying AI to improve operational velocity and work quality.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Strong attention to data structure and hygiene.
  • Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems.
  • Evaluate and apply AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows.
  • Maintain compensation structure through benchmarking and data validation.
  • Build and maintain recurring audits and controls for employee/contractor data.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Recruiting, and IT on operational workflows.
  • Support performance review administration and engagement survey operations.
  • Produce reporting on compensation, headcount, and workforce data.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.
