Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
- Hands-on experience administering HR systems and optimizing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and data mapping.
- Experience applying AI to improve operational velocity and work quality.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong attention to data structure and hygiene.
- Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems.
- Evaluate and apply AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows.
- Maintain compensation structure through benchmarking and data validation.
- Build and maintain recurring audits and controls for employee/contractor data.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Recruiting, and IT on operational workflows.
- Support performance review administration and engagement survey operations.
- Produce reporting on compensation, headcount, and workforce data.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.
