Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
  • Hands-on experience administering HR systems and managing workflows.
  • Experience with system configuration, data mapping, and data quality optimization.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve HR operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with command of complex Google Sheets or Excel models.
  • Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
  • Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems.
  • Evaluate and apply AI tools within the existing tech stack to streamline operations.
  • Maintain compensation structure through benchmarking, audits, and data validation.
  • Build and maintain recurring audits and controls for data integrity.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Recruiting, and IT for operational workflows.
  • Support recurring deliverables like performance reviews and engagement surveys.
  • Produce reporting and analyses on compensation, headcount, and workforce data.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and proactively recommend process improvements.
