Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
- Hands-on experience administering HR systems and managing workflows.
- Experience with system configuration, data mapping, and data quality optimization.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve HR operations.
- Advanced analytical skills with command of complex Google Sheets or Excel models.
- Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
- Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems.
- Evaluate and apply AI tools within the existing tech stack to streamline operations.
- Maintain compensation structure through benchmarking, audits, and data validation.
- Build and maintain recurring audits and controls for data integrity.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Recruiting, and IT for operational workflows.
- Support recurring deliverables like performance reviews and engagement surveys.
- Produce reporting and analyses on compensation, headcount, and workforce data.
- Troubleshoot system issues and proactively recommend process improvements.
