Technical Writing Assistant

Maintain the CBP policy library, including document intake, indexing, version control, and archiving.
Provide responsive customer service to the Security Operations Division (SOD) regarding policy searches and research inquiries.
Conduct independent research and analysis to support the development of new policy.
Validate references and authorities cited in policy documents to determine relevance or revision needs.
Create and track routing sheets to monitor document status through review, concurrence, and approval.
Assist with web content management, including posting, updating, and organizing policy content on CBP sites.
