Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DoD or federal financial management.
- Experience in budget execution for O&M and/or DWCF funds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience supporting a PMO in the PPBE process.
- Proficiency with financial tracking and reporting in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems like EBS or G-Invoicing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of the assigned PIEE program’s budget across O&M and DWCF funds.
- Monitor commitments, obligations, and expenditures and identify at-risk funding.
- Manage reimbursable funding including 7600B, MIPRs, and FDRs.
- Support the G-Invoicing system to execute intra-governmental transactions.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports including ULO and DARQ.
- Maintain financial metrics, dashboards, and audit readiness documentation.
- Support COR teams in monitoring contract administration and funding verification.
- Coordinate financial data with government stakeholders and program managers.
