Requirements
- 7-10+ years of technology sales and channel sales experience
- Experience within the Technology Services Distributor community
- Understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Ability to recruit and develop Go to Market plans with TSDs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Identify in-market CX/AI-focused partners to drive mindshare and pipeline growth
- Develop fiscal quarter and annual strategy with assigned TSDs
- Initiate quarterly QBRs to measure success and trends
- Build relationships with partner leadership and stakeholders
- Recruit, hire, train and mentor Channel Sales Managers
- Manage forecasting and sales process alignment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SE, marketing, and operations
