Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or related functions
  • Leadership experience in high-growth or complex environments
  • Deep expertise in HR systems, people analytics, workforce reporting, and workflow automation
  • Experience scaling People infrastructure, programs, and service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, and multi-state HR compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong communication and change management skills

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and vision for People Operations, including HR systems, people analytics, workforce insights, benefits administration, compliance, employee lifecycle operations, and employee services
  • Build and evolve People analytics and workforce insights capabilities
  • Own and optimize People systems and workflows
  • Build and evolve scalable People processes and service delivery models
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and People teams
  • Oversee benefits and leave administration programs
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational controls
  • Lead and modernize employee support operations
  • Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle
