Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or related functions
- Leadership experience in high-growth or complex environments
- Deep expertise in HR systems, people analytics, workforce reporting, and workflow automation
- Experience scaling People infrastructure, programs, and service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, and multi-state HR compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong communication and change management skills
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and vision for People Operations, including HR systems, people analytics, workforce insights, benefits administration, compliance, employee lifecycle operations, and employee services
- Build and evolve People analytics and workforce insights capabilities
- Own and optimize People systems and workflows
- Build and evolve scalable People processes and service delivery models
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled tools
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and People teams
- Oversee benefits and leave administration programs
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational controls
- Lead and modernize employee support operations
- Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle
