Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems management or technology leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and business-critical technology platforms.
- Proven experience managing IT vendors, software providers, service levels, and technology partner relationships.
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology projects and driving system, process, and operational improvements.
- Solid knowledge of IT security, compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Commercially focused, highly organized, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee core business systems to ensure they remain secure, stable, and efficient.
- Manage relationships with external IT suppliers, software vendors, and technology partners.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, and technology initiatives.
- Monitor system integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and streamline processes.
- Oversee website systems, digital platforms, and customer-facing technology.
- Provide technology leadership through reporting, troubleshooting, and governance.
