- Manager-level track record of independently owning and driving BD programs.
- Exceptional organization skills and a task-oriented mindset.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Proactive adopter of AI with hands-on experience in BD workflows.
- Available to work US Eastern Time hours.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute BD plans, track progress, and hold partners accountable.
- Manage firm deal credentials, capability statements and experience databases.
- Own and maintain the firm’s CRM and act as an internal champion for adoption.
- Identify, research, and map target clients, referral sources, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate and support BD-related events, sponsorships, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Prepare and coordinate pitch materials, capability presentations, and RFP responses.
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and support thought leadership initiatives.
