Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in professional services, with a strong focus on cybersecurity services (IAM, security platforms, and related domains).
  • At least 5 years of sales pursuit management experience and direct quota-carrying sales experience ($8M+ target exposure).
  • Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions and security ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior technical decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in complex sales environments.
  • Ability to operate in team-oriented, high-performance, and fast-paced client settings.
  • Experience with ecosystem partners and modern security technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with high professional integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the identification and qualification of complex cybersecurity business opportunities, focusing on Identity and Access Management and related security solutions.
  • Develop and execute pursuit strategies, including client engagement plans, relationship building, and opportunity progression through advanced sales stages.
  • Collaborate with account leads and internal stakeholders to originate and shape differentiated security offerings aligned with client needs.
  • Engage with senior client executives and technical teams to position transformation strategies and guide solution development.
  • Proactively prospect new opportunities and support the advancement of qualified deals toward proposal and closure phases.
  • Contribute to ecosystem-driven go-to-market initiatives and support cross-functional sales execution.
