Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in high-tech software sales.
- Proven track record managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with datacenter technologies (e.g., virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, networking).
- Experience working with Channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High energy, drive, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Qualify new opportunities and present Object First’s solutions, often in collaboration with our technology partners.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and confidently address questions and objections.
- Negotiate and close deals over the phone and via Teams.
- Maintain and submit accurate weekly forecasts.
- Manage and grow a pipeline that is 4–5× your assigned quota.
- Keep up a high level of daily activity: prospecting, customer/partner calls, meetings, and closing.
- Collaborate with Channel partners to co-sell solutions.
- Work closely with Field and Marketing teams to build your pipeline.
- Create and execute account plans for new logo business.
