Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in high-tech software sales.
  • Proven track record managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with datacenter technologies (e.g., virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, networking).
  • Experience working with Channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High energy, drive, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new opportunities and present Object First’s solutions, often in collaboration with our technology partners.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and confidently address questions and objections.
  • Negotiate and close deals over the phone and via Teams.
  • Maintain and submit accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline that is 4–5× your assigned quota.
  • Keep up a high level of daily activity: prospecting, customer/partner calls, meetings, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners to co-sell solutions.
  • Work closely with Field and Marketing teams to build your pipeline.
  • Create and execute account plans for new logo business.
