Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in paid media, partnerships, or performance marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years in digital media planning, buying, or partner development.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem (Paid Social, Retail Media, AI-led ads).
  • Proven experience as a player/coach managing teams and strategy/execution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience negotiating agreements and driving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and Programmatic platforms.
  • Knowledge of affiliate/partnership platforms like Impact, CJ, or Partnerize is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate high-value paid media partnerships across platforms.
  • Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies to drive client revenue.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and revenue share models with media partners.
  • Build and standardize systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks for the media team.
  • Manage and mentor team members, including hiring and training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on influencer strategy, data insights, and client services.
  • Evaluate emerging media and AI-powered advertising formats for innovation.
  • Lead technical execution of media operations and digital ad trafficking.
