Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in paid media, partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in digital media planning, buying, or partner development.
- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem (Paid Social, Retail Media, AI-led ads).
- Proven experience as a player/coach managing teams and strategy/execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience negotiating agreements and driving measurable results.
- Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and Programmatic platforms.
- Knowledge of affiliate/partnership platforms like Impact, CJ, or Partnerize is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate high-value paid media partnerships across platforms.
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies to drive client revenue.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and revenue share models with media partners.
- Build and standardize systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks for the media team.
- Manage and mentor team members, including hiring and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams on influencer strategy, data insights, and client services.
- Evaluate emerging media and AI-powered advertising formats for innovation.
- Lead technical execution of media operations and digital ad trafficking.
