- 4+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs.
- Expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance ad work including video, motion, and statics.
- Hands-on design ability (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, hold rate, CPA).
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney in production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs.
- Deliver expert advice and concepts for short-form video advertisements.
- Analyze performance data to inform clear and compelling ad concepts.
- Brief designers and editors on asset creation including static, motion, and video.
- Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with strategic rationale.
- Monitor performance metrics to iterate and improve results.
- Establish processes, systems, and testing frameworks for creative production.
