Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting.
  • 9+ years relevant work experience across Digital, 1to1 marketing, creative, social, paid media, MarTech and CRM.
  • Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience advising clients on leveraging marketing technology to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for marketing automation and customer engagement.
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, and prioritize workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills and desire to mentor.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage digital expertise to shape solutions across email, website, and paid media.
  • Lead the development of strategic, data-driven marketing approaches with an emphasis on marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle strategy.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional agency teams to deliver insight-driven work.
  • Develop, nurture, and grow strong senior-level client relationships.
  • Partner closely with client teams across marketing, creative, operations, analytics, and technology.
  • Create, lead, and present holistic strategies via engaging storytelling.
  • Develop and articulate clear points of view to guide clients.
  • Author project briefs, negotiate changes, and navigate challenges.
  • Monitor and report on best practices and market trends.
