Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical customer facing role supporting enterprise software
  • 4+ years total experience in the data ecosystem
  • Understanding of data governance, data catalogs, data integration, data quality, or data privacy platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure (PaaS, Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Cloud Warehouses)
  • Experience with API-driven integration platforms
  • Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
  • Mapping solutions to value across large and dynamic customers, bridging both business and technical requirements.
  • Advising and supporting customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate Collibra adoption and value realization.
  • Creating and maintaining lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations and evaluations by peers and partners.
  • Collaborating with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing field observations and customer insights.
