Requirements
- Extensive experience in security domains such as corporate security, field security, crisis management, intelligence, or risk consulting.
- Strong understanding of security risk frameworks, mitigation strategies, and resilience planning.
- Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles, including solution design and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
- Experience working across diverse, multicultural, and international contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in security, international relations, law enforcement, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Support business development and account management teams in winning new clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex bids, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Provide strategic input into consulting and managed services offerings.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to scope, design, and deliver security solutions.
- Represent the organization in external forums and industry engagements.
- Contribute to regional strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide ongoing insights on market dynamics, security trends, and competitive intelligence.
