Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of total experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in a federated non-profit organization/environment required.
- Proven experience in nonprofit performance management and/or strategic consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with project management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of nonprofit industry best practices.
- High level understanding of chapter operations and staff/board issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive chapter assessments and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored strategies.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics to identify trends.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
- Work with chapter leadership and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
- Introduce industry best practices to support continuous operational improvement.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, development, and mission teams.
- Identify skill gaps and develop training for chapter personnel.
- Manage risks and act as a liaison between the National Office and chapters.
