Requirements

- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining persistence and motivation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, internships, retail, or campus leadership is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace tools.
Responsibilities
- Conducting cold calls, email outreach, and independent research to identify and engage indie game publishers and potential advertisers.
- Qualifying leads and assessing opportunity fit for sponsorship packages, media placements, and broader advertising programs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with indie developers through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Supporting the sales process by passing qualified opportunities to senior sales teams for larger or more complex deals.
- Staying informed on indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate tracking of outreach activities and lead progress using CRM tools and digital platforms.
