Requirements

  • Proven experience in Cold Calling, Telesales, or Outbound Lead Generation.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a highly professional, confident, and warm telephone manner.
  • Experience or high comfort level navigating gatekeepers and speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Highly disciplined and able to work completely independently.
  • Ability to maintain organized, clear, and simple tracking notes.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Email Management (Gmail or Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Dial Master calling application and the Runo Call CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Actively call a targeted list of private schools to initiate contact.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to speak directly with key decision-makers (e.g., Principals, Headmasters, or Bursars).
  • Confidently introduce the service, deliver a concise value proposition, and generate genuine interest.
  • Follow up with previously contacted prospects who requested more time or information.
  • Answer baseline questions and seamlessly guide interested decision-makers to the company website to complete their purchase.
  • Keep simple, clean notes on call outcomes and provide regular feedback to management on prospect responses.
