Proven experience in product, platform, or domain leadership within marketplaces or supply-driven ecosystems.
Strong background in managing partner, seller, provider, or supply-side experiences.
Experience designing performance systems, ranking models, incentive structures, or quality frameworks.
Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
Track record of driving adoption of internal tools and platform systems.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for partner and supply-side experience across the platform ecosystem.
Build and optimize partner-facing tools such as dashboards, performance systems, ratings, incentive models, and quality frameworks.
Improve partner onboarding, engagement, and retention through scalable product and operational solutions.
Design and implement systems for performance measurement, rankings, reputation, and quality control.
Drive adoption of internal tools by aligning product capabilities with operational workflows.
Identify supply-side growth opportunities and translate them into product roadmap initiatives.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Establish frameworks for managing supply quality and ecosystem health at scale.
Leverage data and AI-driven capabilities to enhance partner experience and decision-making.
Lead execution of strategic initiatives that improve marketplace efficiency and partner success.
