Requirements

- Experience designing and managing digital engagement or customer experience initiatives in a SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting user behavior data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with digital engagement or customer experience platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities.
- University degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage digital engagement initiatives, such as in-application messaging, guided product experiences, knowledge resources, and lifecycle communications.
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Configure and maintain digital experience elements within approved platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, customer success, and marketing.
- Plan and coordinate digital experience projects, including defining scope, timelines, and success measures.
- Evaluate effectiveness through performance reporting and experimentation.
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and scalable frameworks.
